An 8000 sq.ft. amenities area on the 18 th floor of a residential building. This project was a challenge as the builder was our client, budgets were tight, and expectations high. It contains a state-of-the-art gymnasium, snooker table, indoor games, yoga studio, and high-end mini theater.
