Very often in urban areas commerce dictates the use of space. This is what happened with Ozone, a project by RUSTOMJEE builder. Hence the podium area has all the amenities. It included the podium landscape with play areas, amphitheater, tennis court, yoga court, swimming pool, play pool, badminton court and barbecue stations.
